5/24/07 - Yes the site is still alive! Green Day performed "Working Class Hero" on the American Idol Finale last night - I'll have stills from the show up shortly. Also, you can download "Working Class Hero" from iTunes.

I have also added the huge article from this month's Alternative Press, which feature excerpts from Marc Spitz's Green Day biography, "Nobody Likes You." The book will be released on November 7th.

9/30/06 - It's taken me forever to update, mainly because I'm beyond aggravated with the galleries - I can't login for some reason to upload new pictures. I think I'm gonna end up ditching the gallery alltogether and getting a new, more reliable one.
6/24/06 - Well, last night was the Angels and Airwaves show, and it was SO good! You guys seriously, if you get a chance to go, do it. You'll be amazed. It was so great to see Tom playing live again. And yes, he is STILL funny lol. You can CLICK HERE to read my review of the show :o)
6/19/06 - Lots of updates! I added a new link to Green Day T-Shirts and Posters - check it out. Also added a load of Green Day wallpapers, donated to the site by Yanna - big thanks!! Then head on over to the Green Day gallery and check out all the stills I put up from when Billie Joe was on the show "Inked" getting his Adeline logo tattoo on his finger!
5/10/06 - Well, I got tickets to see Angels and Airwaves on June 24th. I'm really looking forward to it. People are saying Tom plays "Down" during the set but doesn't sing Mark's part, he just hums over it...hmm. I guess I'll check it out for myself! That's not all I came by here to talk about - I have added some new fanart, and a big article about Angels and Airwaves from Alternative Press to the articles section. I've decided to put all the Plus 44 and AVA stuff that I come across on this site because, well, it's still Mark Tom and Travis dammit, even if they are in different bands! I don't want half the site to die just because they're not officially "blink" anymore. So in the future, updates for both bands will be with all the blink stuff :o)
4/11/06 - Sorry for the lack of updates, guys! I wanted to let you know that you can now watch the Angels and Airwaves video for "The Adventure" on mtv.com. The link is HERE, just click on the little square with Tom's face in it. The song is really good. The video is totally Tom - outer space and all that good stuff lol. The release date for the Angels and Airwaves cd is May 23rd so be sure to mark your calendars!
2/26/06 - Surprise surprise - a new layout! I was so sick of the old one cause it was up for so long, and I finally found some time to work on a new one. Hope everyone likes it!! I put up loads of new pictures in the galleries, so go check those out. I also added an interview with Mark from this month's AP to the articles section - he talks about Plus 44 and some other stuff he's been working on :o) Also....vote for GreenBlink on the GDO fansite charts!!!
2/9/06 - Updated the Meet the Barkers gallery - it was the big finale this week, I'm really going to miss that show! Also, huge congrats to Green Day for winning yet another Grammy last night to add to the collection!
2/1/06 - Sorry I've been slacking on the updates! I've added stills from the last 2 episodes of Meet the Barkers. You guys should really check out plusfortyfour.com - they have their first song, ""No It Isn't" up on there and it's awesome. I haven't heard anything from Angels and Airwaves yet, but I'm sure that'll be great too. I'm looking to somehow incorporate those 2 bands into the site. It's not blink, but at least the guys are still making music, so I want to have some of their stuff on here. When the albums come out, I'll put up sections for them :o)

1/3/06 - Don't forget to watch MTV tonight - Season 2 of Meet the Barkers is starting! I hope to have stills from every episode up in the gallery again like I did for the last season, so look for that soon too :o)
12/6/05 - Check out the Green Day gallery, I added stills of the guys accepting their award on VH1's "Big in '05" awards Sunday night. They won for Biggest Band in 2005. Also, thanks to Jeppe for sending in a blink wallpaper that he made, I added it to the wallpapers page :o) I know there hasn't been much stuff relating to blink-182 lately, so I need to decide what to do about that. I've been hearing lots of stuff about Tom's new band, Angels and Airwaves, so I might do a section about that just to keep up to date with those guys. I'll figure something out.
11/26/05 - I hope by now you have all picked up the Bullet in a Bible cd/dvd, because it is amazing. I updated the articles section with a new one from Teen People and Rolling Stone. Also added a picture of my latest Green Day tattoo to the fanart section :o)

11/11/05 - Be sure to watch the MTV Europe Awards tonight at 9pm, and Late Night With Conan O'Brien. Green Day will be performing on both. I can't believe I missed them playing on TRL yesterday! I'm really mad at myself for that. But I absolutely hate that show and try to refrain from watching it unless someone good is on. But for some reason I had no idea they were going to be on it :o( If anyone has the video and can send it to me, I'll love you forever!
10/15/05 - I added an article from SPIN - Billie Joe was also on the cover, you can check it out HERE. I also put loads of pictures in the Green Day gallery, go check it out. On November 1st, blink-182's Greatest Hits cd will be released, as well as a DVD that includes all their music videos, be sure to pick those up! Green Day's Live "Bullet in a Bible" DVD will be released on November 15th. So mark your calendars for all that stuff! Speaking of calendars, I bought the 2006 Green Day one today and there are some excellent pictures in there, I reccommend it to all the Green Day fans!
9/13/05 - Big picture update - I've added loads of stills of Green Day on the NFL Kickoff show, and the React Now benefit special (by the way, the performance of WMUWSE that they used for that show was taped at the 9/3/05 concert, the one I was at - how cool is that??!!) 9/4/05 - Saw Green Day last night - AMAZING as always. It was really cool to see them in a place as huge as Gillette Stadium, because when you turn around and look at all the people in the stands, it just makes you go "wow." And it was pretty cool that it was outdoors as well! I will have pictures probably tomorrow night, and I'll also type up my story like I usually do :o)

Hell yes! Congratulations to Green Day for OWNING the VMA's last night. They won 7 of the 8 awards they were nominated for, including the 2 most important - Viewer's Choice and Video of the Year. So yes, for once the good music overruled the crap on the VMA's, and I'm very happy about that. I will have stills up from the show later this week!
8/17/05 - Okay Green Day fans, listen up! We all know they're nominated for the Viewer's Choice Award at this year's VMA's, right? Well they have a different way to vote this year: "Turbo Voting." Basically, you play a game where you shoot moon men at things, and each hit counts as one vote. So START PLAYING!!! My strategy is to just focus on hitting the little boat that Green Day ride around in, because it's the easiest thing to hit. Just keep your pointer a little bit ahead of it and click away - I've already gotten over 2,000 hits and I only played 10 games of it. So whenever you're online and bored, just play that game - we want them to win!!!

6/7/05 - Guitar Legends. Everyone needs to go out and find this magazine, because this month's has Billie Joe on the cover, and a TON of Green Day stuff inside. Loads of great pictures, articles, and music. I'm going to scan some of it and hopefully have them up by this weekend :o)

Travis is in the new June 2005 issue of Drum! magazine. This is from there...
"For ten years, basically, we'd put out a record, tour for two-and-a-half years, write a record, tour, going nonstop. Everyone in the band has kids. We would come home and my son wouldn't know who I was. Everyone has taken the opportunity to spend time with our kids, but now it's getting busy for me.It was fun while it lasted. Anyway, Blink will probably, most likely, make a record in January of next year."
How much does that kick ass? And on the last episode of Meet the Barkers, they were in the studio doing new songs. Which leads me to wonder if they were ever really taking an "indefinite hiatus" in the first place. They shouldn't have even said anything about it! They should have just stayed home for a few months and no one would have even noticed lol. Speaking of Meet the Barkers, I just added all the stills from the last episode :o)
5/17/05 - I know I just saw them, but I ordered my tickets today to see Green Day again on September 3rd. I can't believe they're coming again! haha I'm super stoked because it's at Gillette Stadium, and that place rocks. There's SO much room on the field, I went there for Summer Sanitarium and it was so nice because there was enough room that I didn't have people rubbing up against me lol. But...and outdoor concert in September? I live in Massachusetts, and it's kinda chilly that time of year. But whatever - hey, it's Green Day after all! As for site updates, I have an article about Travis and Shanna but my scanner's being an ass so hopefully I can get it scanned sometime this week :o)
